Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Listamos collects, uses, shares, and deletes information when you use listamos.ai and the applications that go with it. It is written to match what the product does.
1. Who we are
The business that operates Listamos at listamos.ai is the controller of personal information processed through the service. Privacy requests: contact form.
2. Information we collect
- Account. Name, email address, language, a hashed password if you set one, and the time you accepted these terms. We never store the password you typed.
- Sign-in providers. If you continue with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we store that provider’s identifier for you and the email the provider shares. We do not receive your password for that provider.
- Marketplace authorization. OAuth access and refresh tokens for each shop you connect, encrypted at rest with a key held separately from the database.
- Listing and catalogue data. Titles, descriptions, tags, prices, quantities, images, files, and status imported from shops you connect, or uploaded by you, so the product can show and edit them.
- Change history. The edits Listamos applies at your instruction, including prior values, so a change can be previewed, audited, and undone.
- AI requests. The text, images, and instructions you submit to an AI feature, and the output, so the result can be shown and, if you ask, published.
- Billing. Plan, subscription status, and invoice totals. Card numbers are entered in Stripe’s form and are not stored by Listamos. We keep Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers.
- API tokens. Tokens you create for an assistant or integration, and which shops they were limited to.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, and server logs, used to keep the service secure and to diagnose failures.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate you, sync and update listings at your direction, run the AI feature you asked for, bill the plan you chose, prevent abuse, respond to you, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your listing data or AI inputs to advertise to you, and we do not use them to train Listamos’s own models.
4. Why we are allowed to
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process information to perform the contract with you (the account, the shops, the plan), to comply with law (tax and accounting records), and for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and understanding whether a feature works — interests we balance against your rights. We do not rely on consent for the operation of the service itself. The checkbox at sign-up is your agreement to the contract, not a separate consent for each processing activity.
5. What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store marketplace passwords, buyer personal information, order contents, or private messages from marketplaces. We do not store payment card numbers. If a later feature needs a field we do not collect today, we will describe it before we collect it.
6. Who else processes information
We share information only as needed to run the service. Marketplaces you connect receive the listing changes you confirm. Stripe processes the payment and stores the card. The model provider that serves an AI feature receives the input for that request. The companies that host the application, the database, the file storage, and transactional email process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service and of other people. We do not share information with advertising networks or data brokers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a shop or deleting an account removes the data described below. Invoice totals and the record that a payment was made are kept in the accounting log after deletion, because tax rules require a record of the sale. Security logs are kept only as long as they are useful for investigating abuse.
8. Security
Marketplace tokens are encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a long password, and disconnect a shop or revoke its token at the marketplace if you think it has been misused.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. You can do the following yourself:
Disconnect a shop
On the Shops screen, disconnect the shop. We delete its access tokens and the imported listing copies for that shop, and we stop calling that shop’s API. A note that the shop was once connected may remain, without credentials, so the change history still makes sense. Revoking access in the marketplace’s own settings has the same effect on our ability to call the shop.
Delete your account
If you are the only member, and the owner, you can delete the workspace from Settings. That disconnects the shops and removes the profile, tokens, listing copies, bulk history, and generated content. A workspace with other members cannot be deleted until they are removed, because deleting it would take their shops with it. Deletion is irreversible. Billing records already described are retained. Listings already published on a marketplace are not removed from that marketplace by deleting the Listamos account; disconnect or edit them there if you want them taken down.
Export your data
From Settings you can download a machine-readable export of the account, the shops, the listings we hold, and the change history — the data the application stores, not a summary.
Backups
Deletion takes effect in the live system immediately. Encrypted backups may still contain deleted data for up to thirty days, after which they expire. We do not restore a backup in order to bring a deleted account back.
Privacy requests
Use the controls in the product where they exist, or write through the contact form from the address on the account. We will respond within thirty days. If we need to confirm it is you, we will ask only for what that takes. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that the service needs in order to keep you signed in, to protect forms from cross-site requests, and to remember the language you chose. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Because these cookies are required to provide the service you asked for, the product does not show a separate cookie banner for them.
11. Children
Listamos is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
If you use Listamos from outside the country where we or our processors operate, your information will be processed in those countries. Those countries may not provide the same level of protection as the country you live in. Where the law requires a transfer tool, we use one. The processors named above are the ones that receive the information.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product before it applies.
14. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: contact form.
